Refund / Cancellation Policy

We rely on this refund policy to ensure customer satisfaction. When a customer contacts us by phone or email, our initial response is to assist in getting technical support or customer service. However, in some cases, our solution may be unsatisfactory to the customer for reasons completely beyond our control, in which case a refund may be processed.

Our Refund Policy is as follows:

We will, in our sole and absolute discretion, allow for a refund of the fee paid for our services within 14 days from the date of the first payment.

REASONS WHY A REFUND MAY BE ISSUED

We have every incentive to keep customers happy by providing quality service. To promote customer satisfaction, we reserve the right to reverse a sale, including but not limited to the following:

  1. If the customer provides a valid reason for requesting a refund within 14 days of purchase,
  2. If the customer provides a valid report that the charge was fraudulent or unauthorized,
  3. For any other reason that we deem appropriate

ABUSE OF THE REFUND POLICY

A customer requesting serial or repeated refunds may be blocked from making further purchases. A customer who violates our terms of service may have his or her refund rights revoked.

This refund policy is part of, and incorporated within, our terms and conditions. As a condition of registering with us and using our services, you expressly acknowledge that you have read and understand this refund policy and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions. If at any time you disagree with this refund policy or any part of it, your sole remedy is to cease all our services and terminate your account. Please note, however, that any transactions that occurred prior to the date of such termination shall be governed and controlled in full by the terms of this refund policy.

CANCELLATION POLICY

To cancel an order, please email and state your order id and reasons for cancellation. Please note that cancellation is on a case-by-case basis.
